Yes — a plan that has never been installed or activated is fully refundable while it is still within its validity period. By confirming the purchase you consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the QR code has been delivered; as a commercial policy we still refund anything you have not installed. Once installed or activated it is no longer refundable if you simply change your mind. You keep the legal guarantee of conformity: if the service does not work as sold, you are entitled to have it fixed, to a price reduction or to a refund. Send your order number to support and eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Contact us before installing it. As long as the eSIM hasn’t been installed or activated, we can normally refund it so you can buy the right one. Once the QR has been scanned it can no longer be exchanged or refunded because you changed your mind — but if the problem is that it doesn’t work, contact us anyway.

Checkout is a secure card payment processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices can be shown in USD, EUR or GBP using the currency selector, and the amount you see at checkout is exactly what you're charged. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.

First check spam and search your inbox for 'VamosData'. Your QR is also always available in your account dashboard — if you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email you used to pay and the order links automatically. Still nothing? Contact support and we'll resend it.
