Payments are processed securely by Stripe and your eSIM is delivered by email within minutes. Below: how to pay, when a refund is possible, and what to do when something about the purchase doesn't look right.

Can I get a refund?
Yes — a plan that has never been installed or activated is fully refundable. Once installed or activated it's non-refundable, unless a confirmed technical fault on our side prevents it from working. Send your order number to support and eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
I bought the wrong plan or destination.
Contact us before installing it. As long as the eSIM hasn't been installed or activated, we can normally refund it so you can buy the right one. Once the QR has been scanned, the plan can no longer be exchanged or refunded.
How do I pay, and in which currencies?
Checkout is a secure card payment processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices can be shown in USD, EUR or GBP using the currency selector, and the amount you see at checkout is exactly what you're charged. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
I paid but didn't get a confirmation email.
First check spam and search your inbox for 'VamosData'. Your QR is also always available in your account dashboard — if you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email you used to pay and the order links automatically. Still nothing? Contact support and we'll resend it.
