What happens if I run out of eSIM data in Morocco?
Top it up from your account: open the eSIM and tap Top up. The extra data is added to the same eSIM — no new QR to scan and no shop to visit. If your plan doesn't support top-ups or has already expired, buy a new Morocco plan instead.
Is the Morocco eSIM refundable?
If you haven't installed your eSIM (installing means scanning the QR) or activated it, and the plan hasn't expired, we refund it in full: contact support with your order number. Once it is installed or activated it can't be refunded because you changed your mind — but if it isn't working, contact us and we'll sort it out.
