Is this eSIM only for Bali?
No. It is an eSIM for Indonesia, and it works across the whole country, Bali included. That is deliberate: plans are sold per country, so you stay connected when you leave Bali instead of losing data at the edge of town.
Will my phone work with the Bali eSIM?

When does the Bali eSIM start counting?

Do I keep my regular number while using the Bali eSIM?
Yes. Your physical SIM stays active for calls and SMS on your normal number. The Bali eSIM only handles mobile data, so WhatsApp, maps, and apps keep working.

If you have not installed or activated the eSIM yet, contact our support and we will issue a refund. Once the QR has been scanned and the eSIM activated, it cannot be refunded because you changed your mind — but if it isn't working, contact us and we'll sort it out.
