Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms govern participation in the VamosData affiliate program. They are completed by the Individual Conditions we agree in writing with each partner, which set out the commission and the other figures of the partnership. The Spanish version is the authentic one; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. Parties and purpose
1.1 These terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Mariano Alberto Lopez Lomas, a sole trader registered in Spain under tax identification number 51077751H, trading as VamosData and contactable at support@vamosdata.com (“VamosData” or “we”), and the individual or company taking part in the program (the “Partner”).
1.2 The Partner recommends VamosData eSIM plans to their audience and earns a commission on the purchases attributed to them under these Terms.
1.3 The parties are independent. These Terms create no employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity.
2. Joining and Individual Conditions
2.1 Participation is by invitation, or by an application VamosData accepts. There is no automatic sign-up.
2.2 When we accept the partnership we email you your Individual Conditions: the commission percentage or amount, the attribution window, the approval period, the minimum payout, your codes’ discount and anything else agreed. Replying to accept them, or using your link or code, means you accept these Terms and those Conditions.
2.3 Where the Individual Conditions and these Terms differ, the Individual Conditions prevail.
3. How a sale is attributed
3.1 A purchase is attributed to the Partner when the buyer arrives through their personal link or uses their discount code. The link can point to any page on the site and can carry the Partner’s own reference to identify the content or the click.
3.2 If the buyer uses a partner’s code, the sale goes to that partner even if they arrived through another partner’s link. Between links, the last one used counts.
3.3 The link is remembered in the browser only if the visitor accepts cookies, and for the agreed attribution window. If they do not, the sale is attributed only if they buy during that same visit without reloading the page. That is why we recommend linking straight to the destination page, where the buy button is. A code always counts.
3.4 Only purchases of a new eSIM earn a commission. Data top-ups for an eSIM already bought are not attributed.
3.5 Attribution is determined from our order and payment records. We do everything reasonable to record every sale, but cannot guarantee attribution where the buyer’s browser prevents it.
4. Commission
4.1 The commission is calculated on what VamosData actually receives for the sale: after any discount, excluding the applicable VAT or IGIC, and in euros at the value the payment settles at. Payment processing fees are not deducted.
4.2 The percentage or fixed amount, and the minimum sale amount that earns a commission, are those in your Individual Conditions in force on the purchase date. A later change does not alter commissions already earned.
4.3 The following earn no commission, although they appear in your report with the reason: purchases made by the Partner or with their details; purchases below the agreed minimum; and, where agreed, repeat purchases by the same customer.
5. Discount codes
5.1 VamosData creates the Partner’s discount codes in its payment gateway. The discount is the agreed one, applies once per purchase and works in every currency the store sells in.
5.2 Codes stop working if the partnership is paused or ended. We may deactivate a code being used against these Terms.
6. Approval, reporting and payment
6.1 Each commission is pending until the agreed approval period ends with no refund or payment dispute. It is then approved. Only approved commissions are paid.
6.2 Every month we send you a report of each attributed sale: date, destination or plan, amounts, status, reason and your reference. The report contains no personal data about buyers.
6.3 We pay by bank transfer once your approved balance reaches the agreed minimum. A smaller balance carries over to the next period.
6.4 To be paid, the Partner issues an invoice for the payout amount under the tax rules that apply to them. Each party is responsible for its own tax obligations.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments
7.1 If a purchase is partly refunded, the commission is reduced in the same proportion. If it is fully refunded, or the buyer opens a dispute, before the commission is paid, the commission is cancelled.
7.2 If the refund or dispute comes after you have been paid, the amount is deducted from your next payouts. If a dispute is resolved in VamosData’s favour, we may reinstate the commission.
8. Prohibited practices
8.1 The Partner may not:
- Bid on “VamosData” or variations of the brand in search ads, or use them in domains, usernames or ads in a way that could be mistaken for VamosData.
- Publish their codes on coupon or deal sites, unless agreed in writing.
- Advertise without identifying it as advertising (section 9).
- Make false or misleading claims about VamosData’s prices, coverage, speed or terms.
- Buy for themselves, or create fake purchases, to earn commissions.
- Set cookies or claim visits without a real click by the user, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
8.2 Commissions obtained through a prohibited practice are not paid, and detecting one may lead to the partnership ending immediately.
9. Identifiable advertising and use of the brand
9.1 When the Partner recommends VamosData in exchange for a commission, they make this clear to their audience, for example by stating that it is advertising or an affiliate link, as the applicable rules require.
9.2 The Partner may use the VamosData name and logo only to promote its plans, and without implying any relationship other than that of an affiliate partner.
10. Transparency and verification
10.1 Once per quarter, the Partner may ask us for the records behind the sales attributed in a period. We reply within 30 days with information from our payment processor, without buyers’ personal data.
11. Data protection
11.1 We process the Partner’s data (identification, contact, invoicing details and payment references) to manage the partnership, pay commissions and meet our tax and accounting obligations. The legal basis is the performance of this agreement and compliance with legal obligations. We keep the data for as long as the partnership lasts and then for the statutory limitation periods. We do not store full bank details in our applications.
11.2 You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to support@vamosdata.com. The rest of the information is in the Privacy Policy.
11.3 The parties do not exchange buyers’ personal data.
12. Duration, pause and termination
12.1 The partnership has no fixed term. Either party may end it at any time by email.
12.2 VamosData may pause or end the partnership immediately if the Partner breaches these Terms. During a pause, the link and the codes stop attributing sales.
12.3 On termination, commissions already approved are paid in the next cycle, even if they do not reach the minimum. Pending ones follow their course. Commissions obtained through a prohibited practice are excluded.
13. Changes
13.1 We may change these Terms by notifying the Partner by email 30 days in advance. Changes apply to sales after they take effect. If you do not agree, you may end the partnership before that date.
14. Liability
14.1 VamosData is not liable for interruptions to the site or to sale recording that are beyond its control. The Partner is responsible for the content they publish and for complying with the rules that apply to them.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of VamosData’s domicile, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
